Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours until potatoes pierce easily with a fork and chicken is done.4. Uncover and cook on high for 10 minutes or until chowder has thickened and potato flakes have thoroughly dissolved.Many crockpot recipes call for some sort of meat.
